Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original NeroGiardini packaging, ensuring all brand tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
